India Blooms News Service | | 28 Feb 2015, 10:54 pm
Patna, Feb 28 (IBNS) Former Bihar Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi, who was recently expelled from the Janata Dal (United), on Saturday floated his own political front 'Hindustan Awaam Morcha', media reports said.

JD(U) leader Nitish Kumar returned as the Chief Minister of the state on Sunday.

Manjhi on Feb 20 stepped down ahead of a confidence vote in the state assembly that appeared necessary to prove his majority over the loyalists of Kumar, whose bid to come back as CM divided the ruling JD(U).

Kumar, who had earlier served as the CM of the state three times, will need to prove his majority in a floor test in the state Assembly onMar 16.
