Pakistan: BSF shoots down Pakistani drone, recovers two packets of suspected narcotics
The Border Security Force on Saturday said its troops shot down a drone carrying two kg of suspected narcotics near the Indo-Pak border in Sriganganagar district.
BSF said the sound of the drone originated from Pakistan.
The BSF said: "On intervening night of 23-24 Jun 2023, alert troops of #BSF 𝐁𝐢𝐤𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐫 deployed along #IndoPak IB in #Rawla, heard buzzing sound of drone originating from Pak side; fired in the direction of sound & recovered two packets of suspected narcotics(Wt approx 2 kg ) from the site."
