Mamata Banerjee's chopper makes emergency landing in north Bengal due to inclement weather
West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee's helicopter made an emergency landing in north Bengal on Tuesday due to bad weather, media reports said.
The chopper had to make an emergency landing at an Army air base in North Bengal’s Salugara due to heavy rainfall, reports India Today.
The CM was flying from Bagdogra to Jalpaiguri after the panchayat meeting.
She is now travelling by road. Mamata Banerjee will return to Kolkata later this afternoon, the Indian news channel reported.
