Pannu’s Khalistan rants insult the bravery and sacrifices of Sikh soldiers
In a recent open message, Gurpatwant Singh Pannu of the Sikhs for Justice (SFJ) called on Sikh soldiers participating in the Bastille Day parade in France to “dump the Tiranga” and raise the Khalistan flag.
This is just the latest in a long line of nonsensical rants by Khalistan separatists, who continue to peddle their divisive and dangerous ideology.
The Punjab regiment is one of the most fierce battalions in the Indian army, and its soldiers have a long and proud history of service to India.
They have fought in every major conflict since Independence, and have always distinguished themselves by their courage and dedication.
The soldiers of the Punjab regiment are patriots who are proud to serve their country. They would never dream of betraying India by raising the Khalistan flag.
Pannu’s rants are nothing more than a desperate attempt to stir up trouble. He is a self-serving demagogue who is only interested in promoting his own agenda.
The people of Punjab know better than to listen to Pannu’s nonsense. They are proud to be Indian, and they will never support the Khalistan movement.
The Khalistan movement is a dead end, and it is time for Pannu and his ilk to give up their pipe dreams.
The Indian army is a secular institution, and it does not discriminate against any religion or community.
Sikh soldiers have served with distinction in the Indian army for generations, and they will continue to do so for many years to come.
Pannu’s call to action is nothing more than a pathetic attempt to sow discord and division.
It is important to remember that the vast majority of Sikhs in India are patriotic citizens who are proud to be a part of the Indian nation. They will not be swayed by Pannu’s divisive rhetoric.
