Police have seized their mobile phones.
Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi was shot dead at his residence in Jaipur on December 5. A total of 17 shots were fired in the incident.
According to the police, after the murder, the accused hid their weapons and went to Hisar in Haryana. They then reached Manali in Himachal Pradesh and travelled back to Chandigarh where they were, finally, arrested.
Police traced them following their mobile phone locations.
Police had announced a cash reward of Rs 5 lakh for information leading to their arrest.
According to an India Today report, the police said that the accused, while absconding, were in contact with Virendra Chauhan and Danaram, close associates of Godara, who instructed the murder.
Soon after the murder, gangster Rohit Godara of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang claimed responsibility for Gogamedi's murder, through a social media post.
Earlier on the same day, the Jaipur Police revealed the arrest of another accused, Ramveer Jat, who is one of the conspirators in the Gogamedi murder, the India Today report said.
According to the police, Ramveer Jat had laid the groundwork in Jaipur for his friend Fauji leading up to the killing.
The CCTV footage of Karni Sena chief Gogamedi’s murder showed two men firing multiple shots at him, while another man stood at the door.
Gogamedi was seen collapsing on the floor due to bullet injuries and was immediately rushed to the hospital, where doctors pronounced him dead.
