Narendra Modi looks forward to seeing ISRO-JAXA cooperating in space exploration
PM Narendra Modi on Saturday said he wishes to see the top space bodies of Japan and India cooperate in the field of space exploration.
He made the remarks while congratulating his Japanese counterpart Fumio Kishida after the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency successfully registered the first soft landing on the Moon.
Japan became the fifth nation to complete a successful soft landing on the Moon.
Congratulating Japan and expecting to see future collaboration between the two nations, Modi wrote on X: "Congratulations Prime Minister Fumio Kishida and everyone at JAXA on achieving Japan's first soft Moon landing. India looks forward to our cooperation in space exploration between ISRO and JAXA."
