New Delhi/IBNS/UNI: A Delhi court Wednesday extended the judicial custody of all the six accused persons arrested in the Parliament security breach case until March 1.
The case pertains to a security breach on the anniversary of the Parliament attack on Dec 13 last year.
In this matter, police have arrested the accused Manoranjan, Neelam Azad, Sagar Sharma, Amol Shinde, Lalit Jha, and Mahesh Kumawat.
After all accused persons were produced, additional sessions judge Hardeep Kaur extended their judicial custody till March 1.
Counsel for accused Neelam earlier submitted before the court a woman police officer forcibly took her signature on blank papers.
The government counsel objected to Neelam's allegation against the police officer and requested the judge to pass an order for a polygraph test of all the accused persons.
