Road mishap leaves nine dead in Bihar

At least 9 people including two women were killed in a road accident on National Highway 2 near Devkali village under Mohniya police station area in Kaimur district on Sunday night.

According to police a speeding truck hit a Bolero and a motorcycle killing nine people on the spot.

The driver of the truck managed to escape from the spot after the accident.

The deceased have yet not been identified. The bodies have been sent for postmortem.

Meanwhile Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar Express deep sorrow over the accident.
