Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Atishi on Wednesday asserted that Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s health is deteriorating in jail, claiming that he lost nearly 4.5 kgs of weight since arrest by the BJP’s ED.

Addressing a press conference here, Atishi said, “Arvind Kejriwal is a severe diabetes patient but he never let his health issue come as a hindrance in the service of the country.”

“Since 12 days in ED (Enforcement Directorate) custody, his diabetes level is falling and his weight has also reduced significantly. Kejriwal’s sugar level fell thrice," Atishi claimed

“He has lost 4.5 kg in the last 12 days, and for a patient who a diabetic, it may create serious health complications. BJP can go to any extent to ruin Arvind Kejriwal and AAP,” she said.

The AAP leader further warned BJP that the entire nation is watching it and if something happens to Kejriwal, neither this country nor even God will forgive the BJP.

Meanwhile, AAP leader Dilip Pandey alleged BJP asserted that all AAP leaders and workers are worried about Arvind Kejriwal's health.

“Kejriwal's weight was 69.5 KG but after going into ED custody it has reduced to 65 KG. 4.5 Kg weight has fallen in just 12 days,” he said.
