Rajgir/IBNS: In his first visit to Bihar since assuming power for the third term, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday inaugurated the ancient Nalanda University in the Rajgir district of the state.
Apart from Modi, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, ambassadors of 17 countries were among the attendees.
After unveiling a plaque, the Prime Minister planted a sapling in the new campus.
