Qatar The Sikh community across India is celebrating the safe return of precious Sri Guru Granth Sahib Saroops (sacred texts) that were held in Qatar.
The community is expressing immense gratitude to the Indian Ministry of External Affairs, Dr. S Jaishankar, the External Affairs Minister, and the Shiromani Gurudwara Prabhandak Committee (SGPC) for their tireless efforts in bringing the sacred texts back to their rightful place.
The return of the Sri Guru Granth Sahib Saroops marks a significant moment for the Sikh community, who hold these texts in the highest reverence.
The Saroops were brought back to India following a diplomatic effort initiated by the Indian government.
