14 crew of sunk Indian vessel rescued by Indian Navy and Coast Guard
Mumbai, June 24 (IBNS) The Indian Navy and the Indian Coast Guard rescued 14 of the crew members of of Indian flag cement carrier ship MV Coastal Pride that sunk 75 nautical miles off Mumbai coast on Wednesday morning.
Reports said an SOS was sent from the Indian flag cement carrier from near Daman that prompted the navy and and coast guard personnel to conduct the rescue operation.
helicopters Sea King and Chetak were used to carry out the operation.
