Babul Supriyo reacts cautiously on Moon Moon Sen being named candidate from Asansol

New Delhi, Mar 12 (UNI) Union Minister and BJP lawmaker from Asansol in West Bengal Babul Supriyo on Tuesday reacted cautiously and in a mild manner to Trinamool Congress' decision to field senior actress Moon Moon Sen from his constituency Asansol.‏

'Mamataji always presents me with SEN-sational opponents in Asansol Elections... Dola SEN in 2014 and Moon Moon SEN in 2019, ' he tweeted minutes after the news of Trinamool Congress chief Mamata Banerjee's decision of naming Moon Moon sen for the key parliamentary segment in West Bengal spread on electronic and social media.

In 2014, Moon Moon Sen was elected MP from Bankura by defeating CPI(M) stalwart Basudeb Acharia.

On his part, playback singer turned politician Supriyo defeated Dola Sen, a close aide of Mamata Banerjee from 70,480 votes.
