Bihar Assembly polls: Exit polls predict tough battle between NDA, Grand Alliance
New Delhi, Nov 5 (IBNS): The Bihar Assembly polls is going to witness a tough battle between the BJP-led alliance and state Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's Grand Alliance with the exit polls predicting a close competition between the two sides to clinch the 243-member house.
In its exit-poll, News X said the Grand Alliance will get 130-140 seats while the BJP-led alliance will clinch 90-100 seats while the rest will manage 13-23 seats.
NDTV said the Grand Alliance will get 118 seats and the BJP and its allies will manage 117 seats.
Today's Chanakya's exit poll results showed BJP-led alliance walking away with 155 seats while the Grand Alliance managing to keep 83 seats in their belt.
The India Today-Cicero exit poll results predicted the BJP and its allies clinching 111-127 seats while the Grand Alliance winning between 110-124.
In its exit poll, Times Now-CVoter said Nitish Kumar-led alliance will manage to win 122 seats while NDA will manage 111 seats and others ending up with 10 seats.
The ABP Exit Poll showed the BJP-led alliance winning 108 seats while the Grand Alliance winning 130 seats.
Polling in the five-phased Bihar Assembly polls ended on Thursday as voters sealed the fates of 243-member house.
Counting of votes will be held on Nov 8.
