New Delhi: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Tuesday questioned former Railway Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav in connection with an alleged land for job scam, sources said.

Sources told UNI the agency questioned Lalu Prashad over two hours at RJD MP Misa Bharti’s residence in Delhi where Lalu has currently been residing after his treatment.

The development comes a day after former Bihar Chief Minister Rabri Devi, wife of Lalu Prasad was grilled at her residence in Patna by CBI on Monday.

Sources said the sleuths had interrogated Rabri Devi for over four hours. The agency had served a notice to Rabri Devi for her interrogation which was to be held at the office of CBI but later at the request of Rabri Devi the interrogation was conducted at her residence.

Last year, the Central probe agency had conducted searches in multiple locations related to alleged land for job scam.
