Congress leader abuses Hindu faith in attacking Yogi government over migrant bus row, deletes tweet
Lucknow/IBNS: Congress leader Pankaj Punia on Wednesday allegedly abused Hindu faith on Twitter in attacking the Yogi Adityanath government over the migrant bus row, media reports said.
After facing a backlash in the micro-blogging site, Punia deleted the tweet.
In a separate tweet, the Congress leader said, "If any brother was hurt by my message then I am sorry for that. My words were about the incident which took place in Gargi College and not for any religion."

A day after the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government in Uttar Pradesh permitted the list of buses provided by Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra to help the Covid-affected people, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) accused the leader of the grand old party of including autos and mini cars in the list.
BJP leader Kapil Mishra took a screenshot of the list of the buses and claimed on Twitter, "The numbers of auto rickshaw and mini cars were found in the list of buses sent by Priyanka Gandhi to the Yogi government. Why such a frivolous drama in the name of poor workers?"
India Blooms has, however, not verified the list in Mishra's tweet which was later deleted.
Priyanka on Monday thanked Adityanath for accepting the request to run 1,000 buses listed by the Congress to help the affected people due to the anti-Covid-19 lockdown.
