Cyclone Jawad: 5 trains from Kerala passing through ECR cancelled

Thiruvananthapuram/UNI: In view of the impending Cyclone Jawad, Southern Railway (SR) has cancelled five trains passing through East Coast Railway (ECR) on Thursday.

A SR release here said the Thiruvananthapuram Central – Shalimar Biweekly Superfast express, scheduled to leave Thiruvananthapuram Central at 1655 hours on Dec 2 is cancelled.

The Kanyakumari – Dibrugarh Weekly Vivek Superfast express, scheduled to leave Kanniyakumari at 5:30 pm on Thursday is cancelled.

The Silchar – Thiruvananthapuram Central Weekly Aronai Superfast express, scheduled to leave Silchar at 8:10 am on Dec 2 is cancelled.

The Dhanbad Junction – Alappuzha Daily express, scheduled to leave Dhanbad Jn at 11:40 am on Dec 3 is cancelled.

The Patna Junction – Ernakulam Junction Biweekly Superfast express, scheduled to leave Patna Jn at 2 pm on Friday is cancelled.
