DDCA case: Kejriwal approaches HC, seeks bank details of Jaitley

New Delhi, Feb 25 (IBNS): Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has filed a plea in the Delhi High Court seeking bank account, wealth & income tax details of Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley in a DDCA case.

Jaitley had earlier filed both civil and criminal defamation cases against Kejriwal and five other AAP leaders, seeking Rs 10 crore in damages for accusing him of corruption in Delhi and District Cricket Association (DDCA) during his tenure as its chief.

AAP In News tweeted: "#BREAKING : Arvind Kejriwal files plea in HC seeking bank account, wealth & income tax details of FM jaitley & his family in DDCA case."
