Extremely grateful to PM Shinzo Abe for the warm reception at his home: Modi
New Delhi/Tokyo, Oct 28 (IBNS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday thanked his Japanese counterpart Shinzo Abe for offering 'warm reception' at his residence.
Modi arrived in Japan on Saturday.
Modi said Abe taught him the Japanese manner of eating food using chopsticks.
"Extremely grateful to PM @AbeShinzo for the warm reception at his home. I am truly honoured by this gesture. PM Abe also taught me the Japanese way of eating food using chopsticks!," Modi tweeted.
He also shared an image with Abe.
Modi is visiting Japan to attend the 5th Annual Summit with Shinzo Abe.
This is the Indian his twelfth meeting with Abe since his first visit to Japan as Prime Minister in September 2014.
Besides having wide-ranging talks with Abe, Modi will interact with business leaders and captains of industry from both countries.
He will also address the Indian community there.
