Four die in gas leakage at GNFC plant in Gujarat

Ahmedabad, Nov 3 (IBNS): Gas leakage has occurred in a unit of Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd in Dahej on Thursday, media reported.

According to local reports, four workers have died and 13 injured in the accident.

The leak reportedly occurred at the Toluene diisocyanate gas plant of GNFC at Dahej in Bharuch, Gujarat, media reported.

The Bharuch District Administration’s Disaster Management team, along with GPCB and police, reached the spot and began probe, reported The Indian Express.

Dahej police registered a complaint.
