Mumbai, July 13 (IBNS): Just when Zakir Naik was handed over a clean chit by the Maharashtra State Investigation Department (SID) pertaining to the Dhaka terror attack case, a Shia group has announced a bounty of Rs 15 lakh for his head, reports said.

Hussiani Tigers, the group, wants the Muslim preacher dead for bringing shame to the Prophet of Islam, reports said.

A senior member of the group called Naik a 'kafir' (disbeliever).

Naik already received a setback as his channel Peace TV was taken down by both the Indian and Bangladeshi governments, who observed that his speeches are provocative in nature.
