How Chinese CEOs responded to Modi's "Make in India" call
Modi's meeting with them was followed by signing of 21 agreements worth 22 billion dollars.
"We are excited about India. We are excited about make in India and digital India," said Jack Ma, founder of the Chinese e-commerce giant Alibaba.
Liang Wengen, Chairman, SANY,said, " We are full of hope about India, which offers a dynamic work force and huge market.
Zou Lei, CEO of Harbin Electric said his company would like to "bring more light to India, take advantage of Make in India."
"We have some big plans for India. We support Make in India," said Lin Bin, President of mobile phone makers Xiaomi.
Langye Sun, Director, Dalian city said they want to focus on power sectors investment. "We are planning to invest in Gujarat," he said.
