Indian national abducted in Afghanistan
Kabul, June 2 (IBNS):An Indian national has been abducted by unidentified gunmen in Afghanistan's Herat province, media reports said on Monday.
According to reports, the abducted person was working in a non-governmental organization in the country.
"The incident took place on Monday afternoon while the aid worker was visiting the area to assess the work of a project," Afghanistan's Khaama Press reported quoting a local security official in Zenda Jan district.
No group has claimed responsibility for the abduction so far.
