India's leading woman cyclist Veenu Paliwal dies in road accident

New Delhi, Apr 12 (IBNS) In a tragic incident, India's top woman motorcyclist Veenu Paliwal died in a road mishap in Madhya Pradesh's Vidisha district on Monday evening, reports said.

The accident  took place at Gyaraspur when she lost control of her Harley Davidson and skidded off the road.

 She was rushed to the Gyaraspur primary health centre and then shifted to the Vidisha district hospital, where doctors declared her brought dead.

Veenu, 44,  was on nationwide tour on her motorbike.  She was accompanied by a friend on another motorcycle.

Her body has been sent for post mortem examination.
