Israel President visits Indo-Israeli Centre of Excellence

New Delhi, Nov 18 (IBNS): Israel President Reuven Rivlin visited the Indo-Israeli Centre of Excellence in Gharaunda, Karnal and experienced the existing collaboration between India and Israel in the field of Agriculture first hand.

In the evening, President Rivlin will meet the Israeli community in New Delhi in an event welcoming his first Shabbat in India.


On Sunday, President Rivlin will visit Chandigarh and join President Pranab Mukherjee in inaugurating the Agro-Tech Conference in Chandigarh.

Israel is a “Partner Country” at the event. In the evening, President Rivlin is expected to visit the Akshardham Temple in New Delhi.
