Jammu and Kashmir: LG Manoj Sinha unveils Yoga videos in Dogri, Kashmiri

Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir Lt Governor Manoj Sinha on Friday unveiled yoga videos in  Dogri and Kashmiri languages based on Common Yoga Protocol issued by the Ministry of AYUSH.

The videos were unveiled during a virtual event in Raj Bhavan.

The videos will be telecast on TV Channels and Social media platforms, reports ANI.

As per an official statement from the administration, at the event, the Lt Governor emphasised that practising Yoga keeps one healthy and happy and this has become more evident in the last one-and-half years, the news agency reported.

"There is worldwide acceptance of Yoga now and it is a matter of pride for our country, as Yoga is an Integral part of our cultural heritage," he was quoted as saying by the news agency.
