J&K: Indian soldier killed in Pakistan firing

Poonch, Nov 6 (IBNS): In a fresh ceasefire violations from Pakistan, a soldier was killed in Krishna Ghati (KG) sector of Jammu and Kashmir's Poonch district early on Sunday.

According to reports, Pakistani troops fireed mortar shells on Indian side, while Indian army retaliated effectively.  
 
Pakistani troops were targeting forward Indian positions in Salotri and Sagra areas of KG Sector since 7 am.

In last two weeks, eight soldiers have been killed in ceasefire violations.

After India's surgical strike inside the Pakistan Occupied Kashmir on Sept 29, this is Pakistan's 101st ceasefire violation.
