Joshi protests: BJP workers resign
Kanpur. Apr 1 (IBNS) With days left for the commencement of the Lok Sabha elections, several Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) workers in Kanpur resigned as a mark of protest against senior leader Murli Manohar Joshi contesting the polls from their constituency, said reports on Tuesday.
They also protested against the expulsion of local corporator Vikas Jaiswal from the party for six years, who allegedly abused Joshi at a party meeting here recently.
