Karnataka mishap: Bodies of 7 deceased will reach Aurangabad tonight
Aurangabad, Maharashtra, June 3 (UNI) The bodies of seven youths,who died in a road accident on Sunday in Karnataka,will reach their native villlages of Sharnapur and Daulatabad here on Monday night.
The deceased have been identified as Suresh Kanhere (29),Nandu Pawar (28),Mahesh Chavre (28),Gopinath Warkad (27), Amol Nile (26), Amol Chavre (26), and Mahesh Kadale (25).
The deadly accident occurred Sunday afternoon when the seven deceased were reportedly heading towards Goa in a car after paying obeisance at the Ambabai temple in Kolhapur.
While on the Pune-Bengaluru National Highway,the tyre of the car burst suddenly,owing to which the driver lost control of the vehicle and the speedy car bumped into a parked truck near Shrinagar area of Belgaum, according to reports.
The impact of the collision killed the seven car occupants on the spot,added reports.
Receiving the news of the tragic deaths,the relatives of the seven deceased left for Karnataka on Sunday and will return on Monday as the bodies have been handed over to them after post-mortem,informed one of the relatives.
A pall of gloom descended on the Sharnapur and Daulatabad villages as all the shops and markets remained closed in remembrance of the seven deceased.
