Bengaluru, May 15 (IBNS): Karnataka's outgoing Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, who had contested from two assembly constituencies, is leading in Badami but trailing in Chamundeshwari as the state poll results are being declared on Tuesday.

According to the latest trends, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is all set to uproot the five-year old Congress government to establish a stronghold in the southern India.

The BJP is leading in 121 seats as against Congress' 57.

Janata Dal (Secular) is leading in 41 seats.

The majority mark in the 224-seat Assembly is 113.

Results of 222 seats will be declared on Tuesday.

Polling was not held in two seats on Saturday when people voted in the southern state to elect a new Assembly.
