Jammu/UNI: The Pakistani Army on Tuesday violated the ceasefire by firing unprovoked along the Line of Control in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir.
A Defence Spokesperson said here that at about 0740 hrs, Pakistan initiated unprovoked ceasefire violation by firing small arms along the LoC in Kirni sector of Poonch district.
"Indian Army retaliated befittingly, while the exchange of firing stopped at around 0800 hrs," he added.
On Nov 2, Pakistani Army violated the Ceasefire by firing unprovoked along the Line of Control in Poonch.
