PM Narendra Modi holds high-level meeting with Cabinet ministers

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi chaired a high-level meeting with Cabinet ministers and other seniors officials here on Monday.

PM Modi conducted the meeting soon after concluding his State visits to the US and Egypt.

The meeting was attended by Home Minister Amit Shah, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman and Urban Affairs and Petroleum Minister Hardeep Singh Puri, PK Mishra, the principal secretary to the prime minister among other officials.

As per sources the meeting took place after Union Home Minister Amit Shah briefed PM Modi about the developments relating to Manipur.

On Saturday Union Home Minister Amit Shah held an all party meeting on the Manipur violence following the Opposition criticised Modi government for being unable to restore peace in Manipur.
