PM, Sonia condole G.Karthikeyan's death

New Delhi, Mar 7 (IBNS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday condoled the demise of Kerala Assembly Speaker G.Karthikeyan.
"My condolences to the family and well-wishers of Kerala Assembly Speaker, Shri G.Karthikeyan on his demise. May his soul rest in peace. Shri G.Karthikeyan will be remembered as a grassroots leader who dedicated his life to serving the people of Kerala," the Prime Minister said.
 
Congress President Sonia Gandhi has also expressed deep grief at the passing away of Karthikeyan.
 
Karthikeyan died on Saturday at a hospital in Bengaluru.
 
He was was suffering from liver cancer.
