Police file chargesheet against 13 in corporate espionage case
The court has fixed April 20 for taking its cognizance.
Reports said the chargesheet mentions how some documents were fraudulently taken out from the ministries and sold to alleged energy consultants who in turn sold it to the corporate houses.
According to the Petroleum Ministry's declaration eight of the sold documents were classified.
Those arrested have been charged with taking out sensitive documents from the ministry and selling it to top business houses.
