President of India wishes Bulgaria on the eve of National Day

New Delhi, Mar 2 (IBNS) President of India, Pranab Mukherjee has extended his greetings and felicitations to the government and people of the Republic of Bulgaria on the eve of their National Day (March 3, 2016).
In a message to the Bulgarian President Rosen Plevneliev, Pranab Mukherjee has said, “On behalf of the Government, the people of India and on my own behalf, I have great pleasure in conveying to Your Excellency and to the friendly people of Bulgaria warm greetings and felicitations on the occasion of your National Day." 
 
Mukherjee also said that the long-standing friendly ties between India and Bulgaria are based on strong historical foundations and have developed into a many-faceted relationship and hoped that the cooperation between the two countries will continue to expand and diversify to encompass new areas of shared interest for the mutual benefit of India and Bulgaria.
