New Delhi, Apr 11 (IBNS): Union Law Minister and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Ravi Shankar Prasad on Wednesday said Congress President Rahul Gandhi apologise for his tweets and "promise not to manipulate voters in future".

This comes after Facebook's CEO Mark Zuckerberg's testimony to the US Congress.

On Wednesday, Zuckerberg provided a testimony to the US Congress where he took personal responsibility for the leak of data on tens of millions of its users.

He also said that he will ensure that elections in India and elsewhere are safe.
