Rajinikanth clarifies his statement on BJP, says 'people will decide who is dangerous'

Chennai, Nov 21 (IBNS): Fueling speculations about his possible inclination towards the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), actor-turned politician Rajinikanth on Tuesday said it will be people who will decide whether the saffron outfit is "dangerous", which the opposition parties have been alleging, media reports said.

Clarifying his previous statement where he said the BJP is bad if Opposition thinks so, Rajinikanth on Tuesday said: "If it is one versus ten, then who is brave?"

"People will decide who is brave," he added.

When asked if BJP is such a bad party that all political parties are ganging against it, the Tamil superstar, a day ago, had said as he was quoted by India Today,"If they (opposition parties) are saying so then they must be true."

When asked about demonetisation, which was severely criticised by various political parties in last two years, Rajinikanth said the implementation of the noteban policy was wrong.

"Its (demonetisation's) implementation was wrong and it is a subject that needs detailed discussion," he was quoted by India Today.

Rajinikanth has already announced the logo of his party Rajini Makkal Mandram (RMM).
