New Delhi/UNI: The Supreme Court Tuesday said it will hear on Nov 29 a batch of petitions filed by rival groups of Shiv Sena connected to the Maharashtra political crisis.
A five-judge Constitution Bench headed by Justice DY Chadrachud posted for hearing the batch of pleas filed by Uddhav Thackeray-led and Chief Minister Eknath Shinde faction to November end.
The bench that also includes Justices M R Shah, Krishna Murari, Hima Kohli and P S Narasimha, asked the lawyers to complete compilation of the matter and formulate the salient issues for consideration within four weeks.

The court noted: "It has been agreed that the Counsels will meet and formulate the issues which will arise for consideration or deciding the reference before the Constitution Bench.
"The proceeding shall be listed for directions after 4 weeks. We will hear it on November 29."
