Telangana CM KCR to conduct aerial survey of flood-hit areas tomorrow

Hyderabad/UNI: Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao will conduct an aerial survey of the flood-hit areas along with River Godavari in the state Sunday.

The Chief Minister will conduct an aerial survey along with Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar from Kadam to Bhadrachalam in Khammam district.

Later, he will conduct a review meeting with the officials on floods and damages of crops, official sources said Saturday.

Earlier, the Chief Minister has also ordered the Health Officials to take necessary steps to check the spread of communicable diseases in the flood hit areas.

As per directions of the Chief Minister, Health Minister T Harish Rao held a review meeting with the Health Officials, the sources added.
