Agartala, Feb 26 (UNI) The jubilant people of Tripura host celebration of second surgical strike of India at Balakot in Pak occupied Kashmir today in different places of the state, 12 days after Pulwama attack on CRPF by Pakistan abetted Jaish-e-Muhammad (JeM) terrorists.
Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb said, “I salute the courage and valour of our fearless armed forces. Under the strong and decisive leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi out beloved mother land is secure and marching ahead on the path of development towards becoming a New India.”
Deputy Chief Minister Jishnu Dev Varma while reacting on the report of airstrike on JeM by IAF said, “Modiji had assured the countrymen after Pulwama that India will give a befitting reply to Pakistan for it’s unprovoked attack on CRPF jawans and he did it. By Balakot strike India paid respect to the brave heart of India and Modiji won the sentiment of Indians.”
He mentioned that India wants to maintain peace and friendly relation with the neighbours but Pakistan repeatedly doing the same mistake by misunderstanding India and added, “Balakot airstrike is the clear message for Pakistan, if they don’t change their attitude India and respect the neighbour strong to stronger action will be the response for them.”
The youths assembled with Indian flag in several locations of the city were seen raising slogan praising Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Indian Air Force. They also voiced against Pakistan alleging harboring anti-Indian elements in it’s soil and demanded more action to dismantle the terrorist bases along the border.
The BJP members of Tripura assembly while delivering speech on the motion of thanks to the governor’s speech in the first day of ongoing budget session, which appreciated the plan and action of Modi led government at the centre have also made notes on India’s predawn airstrike at Balakot today.
They mentioned that Pakistan had hurt the sentiment of Indians irrespective of caste, creed and religions but surgical strike in Balakot once again proved India’s commitment towards it’s soldiers and citizens.
