TV anchor loses job after naming Chinese Prez as 'Eleven Jinping'
New Delhi, Sept 19 (IBNS): A Doordarshan news anchor lost her job after she referred to Chinese President Xi Jinping as 'Eleven' Jinping.
This happened as she confused 'Xi' for Roman numeral eleven which is written as 'XI'.
The blooper occurred on a show on Doordarshan news on Wednesday.
According to reports, the sacked employee was a casual and not a staff.
Xi and his wife left India on Friday.
