West Bengal Assembly Polls: PM Narendra Modi describes TMC as 'Taka Mar Company'
Sonarpur/UNI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday said people of Bengal has scripted the exit of 'Taka Mar Company' (TMC) from Nabanna.
Addressing a public meeting here, Modi said TMC hates digital India initiatives, because it shuts off cut-money, pilferage and corruption.
He alleged TMC workers even looted the ration send as relief for people in distress. Didi, rein in your party goons.
Modi said people have already given their verdict and that Mamata Banerjee is going to lose by a huge margin.
The Prime Minister said some people in TMC had decided to field Mamata Didi from another seat but some intelligent persons told her that it would be her second big mistake.
Modi said some people told her that if she would lose both seats, it will become very difficult for TMC to function as a party.
“Mamata Didi is surrounded by people who tender wrong advices,” the Prime minister said.
'You will not be called 'outsider' or 'tourist' when you go to Varanasi. You will find many people with 'tilak' and 'choti.' With every step you will hear 'Har har Mahadev' chant',” Mr Modi said.
People of Varanasi won't call you outsiders like those in Bengal. The people of Varanasi have big hearts - they won't call you outsiders - just like the people of Bengal. However, you will find a lot of devotees there, that might unsettle and baffle you,” the Prime Minister said.
“People of Bengal allowed you 10 years to perform, but you didn't. So why this anger now? Is it because you did not get an opportunity to cast false votes at will?,” he questioned.
