West Bengal: Youth falls off crowded local train, dies

Kolkata, Feb 19 (IBNS): A nearly 30-year-old man was killed after falling from a local train at Latibpur area in West Bengal's Howrah district on Sunday morning, local media reports said.

According to reports, the youth, who has been identified as Gaur Ghosh, suddenly fell off a crowded Howrah bound local train between Uluberia and Phuleswar stations at around 8:45 am.

Later, Government Railway Police (GRP) recovered his body and sent for post-mortem.

Due to the incident, rail service was disrupted for nearly half-an-hour.
