Woman raped at gunpoint in Mumbai

Mumbai, June 2 (IBNS) A 29-year-old woman was allegedly raped at gunpoint in Mumbai, said reports on Monday.
In her statement to the police, the victim, who has recently completed an event management course,  alleged that two men lured her promising her a job.
 
She said one of the men allegedly raped her while his friend kept threatening her with a gun during the crime. 
 
The Mumbai Police said they arrested one of the accused on Monday, while the other one is still absconding.
 
The police have charged the two men under sections 376, 377, 506 (2) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), and under sections 3 and 25 of the Arms Act.
