Kolkata, May 6 (IBNS): In a bid to penetrate further in the market, jewellery manufacturer Anjali Jewellers on Wednesday launched a mobile application for Android and iPhone users which will be available for a free download on the Google play store and App store.

The app, which was launched on April 15, is called ‘Anjali Jewellers.’

“Social media and cell phones have become a very important part of our daily life. Hence, to penetrate further into the mass market we needed this app, which is very adaptable and user-friendly. With this app customers can order jewelleries using their smart phones” said Anargha Chowdhury, Director, Anjali Jewellers.

He said, “We are the only jewellers in the east to have introduced jewellery selling through the mobile phone platform. We have a wide range of gold and silver, diamond or even costume jewellery available in our mobile app. Customers can simply order these jewelleries by paying us through debit or credit cards. We will deliver the ordered jewellery within two to three weeks’ time."

" This app is targeted at the youths or people extremely busy with their works and cannot physically visit out store, by downloading this app they will have Anjali Jewellers at the tip of their fingers at all times. Recently we have
received orders from different states of India and even abroad," he said.

The jewellery brand said it is all set to tie up with online retail stores like Flipkart and Amazon.
