Indian Market: Sensex rises by 147.15 pts
Mumbai, Aug 27 (UNI) The BSE Sensex on Tuesday increased by 147.15 points to 37,641.27 on easing fiscal deficit worries after RBI decided to transfer Rs 1.76 lakh crore to government.
The National Stock Exchange (NSE) too rose by 47.50.50 points to 11,105.35.
The Sensex registered day high and low at 37,731.51 and 37,449.69 pts respectively.
The Nifty recorded day high and low at 11,141.75 and 11,049.50 points respectively.
