Indian Market: Sensex zooms 1030 pts

Mumbai/UNI: The BSE Sensex on Wednesday shot up by 1030.28 pts to 50,781.69 on the strength of Bankex, Finance, Telecom and Capital Goods stocks.

The Nifty too rose by 274.20 pts to 14,982.00.

The sensex registered days high and low at 50,881.17 and 49,648.78 pts respectively.

The Nifty recorded days high and low at 15,008.80 and 14,723.05 pts.
