Indian Rupee ends up by 30 paise against USD
Mumbai/UNI: Erasing Thursday's losses, the Rupee on Friday smartly recovered by 30 paise to end strong at 73.92 on selling of US Dollars by bankers and exporters, dealers at Forex Market said.
The local unit that fell by 17 paise to 74.39 in opening trade, and bounced back by 30 paise at the end of the day to 73.92 as compared to last close.
The domestic unit registered day high and low at 74.50 and 73.88 respectively.
The Rupee shot up on weak dollar against other world currencies amid rebouding equity market, the dealer added.
