Indian Rupee ends weak by 4 paise against USD
Mumbai/UNI: The Rupee on Monday fell marginally by four paise to end negative at 74.67 against the US Dollor on rising demand for US Dollar by bankers and importers, dealers at the Forex Market said.
In opening trade, the domestic unit rose by eight paise to 74.55 later, it slipped and finished at 74.67, down by four paise as compared to its last close.
The rupee registered intra days high and low at 74.70 and 74.52 respectively, he added.
The Rupee declined owing to firm Dollar against other world currencies amid robust strong equity market, they added.
