Indian Rupee moves up 11 paise against USD
Mumbai/UNI: The Rupee on Friday smartly recovered by eleven paise at 72.51 against the US Dollar on fresh selling of US Dollar by bankers and exporters, dealers at the Forex Market said.
The domestic unit that improved by 14 paise to 72.48 in opening session, slightly declined from opening level but ended positive only at 72.51, up 11 paise
as compared to its last close.
The Rupee registered days high and low at 72.56
and 72.44 respectively.
The domestic jumped unit owing to weak dollar against other world currencies amid rebounding equity market, they added.
